Customer Agreement

• ALLBIZ offers Customers their services in accordance with conditions, which are subject of this Customer Agreement (further CA).
• CA is a legally binding treaty between Customer and ALLBIZ, which regulates usage by Customer ALLBIZ resource.
• Customer is a subject, who uses information and services, provided by ALLBIZ

• ALLBIZ has the right to fill resource with information, received from open sources. This information ALLBIZ use with purpose to make services useful and convenient for Customer.
• ALLBIZ has the right to collect payment for provided services that regulated by particular agreements.
• ALLBIZ reserves the sole right without previous notice and without any responsibilities before Customer, change or finish functioning of given resource or provided by it services and delete (permanently or finally) data, provided by Customer, also change conditions and costs of provided services by ALLBIZ resource.
• ALLBIZ is irresponsible for impossibility of storage, inaccuracy, incorrect or untimely provision of any data and information.
• All program products of ALLBIZ protected by intellectual property acts and corresponding Ukrainian and international legislation.
• Information provided to Customer when in use of resource, protected by copyrights, trade marks, patents and corresponding laws.
• ALLBIZ is out of guarantees, as deals with materials and information created by third parties and placed by them to ALLBIZ. Customer use ALLBIZ on his own account. Information and services provided "as is", ALLBIZ declines any responsibilities including correspondence of information and services to Customer aim.
• ALLBIZ uncharged with responsibility for consequences of usage information for trade, credit and other business operations.
• ALLBIZ does not guarantee, that all mistakes in programs being corrected; information and services being provided permanently, fast, safe and without mistakes; results possibly received with usage of information and services being clear and safe; quality of any product, service, information, other, received by using ALLBIZ corresponding to Customer expectations and requests.
• ALLBIZ uncharged with responsibility for any damage to computer of Customer and his data as a result of ALLBIZ usage.
• ALLBIZ uncharged with responsibility for authenticity of advertisement information, quality of advertised goods, works and services. For authenticity of advertisement information, quality of advertised goods, works and services Advertiser is in charge.
• ALLBIZ uncharged with responsibility for direct and indirect damages and also any damage, which has place as a result of usage or impossibility of ALLBIZ usage; unauthorized access to communications of Customer; actions of any third party in relation to Customer of ALLBIZ.
• Under any circumstances responsibility of ALLBIZ limited by acting legislation of Ukraine and under article 22 of Civil Code of Ukraine limited by sum 100 grn and entrusts for it in the case of guilt presence.
• ALLBIZ can, but not in responsibility browse, change and delete information, placed by Customer.
• Received information can be used by ALLBIZ for it own discretion.
• ALLBIZ has the right to make informational dispatch to Customers, which can contain materials of advertise character.

• Customer has the right to use ALLBIZ within the limits of this CA.
• Customer is in charge to provide true, exact and complete information on the point, offered in forms of ALLBIZ (applications, requests, other) and support this information in actual status.
• Customer is in charge for all information (data, texts, photos, graphics, messages and other materials), placed by them or delivered to ALLBIZ.
• Customer is responsible for not usage ALLBIZ for:
  placement, sending, passing or any other kind of materials publishing, which are illegal, tortious, threatening, morality abusive, slanderous, infringe copyrights, popularize hatred and/or people discrimination;
  feign as other person or representative of organization or community in case of having not enough rights for it, also making misunderstanding in accordance with properties and characteristics of any subjects or objects;
  placement, sending, passing or any other kind of materials publishing, which Customer have not right make available according to law or any contract relationships;
  placement, sending, passing or any other kind of materials publishing, which have attitude to any patent, trade mark, trade secret, copyright or other rights of ownership and/or author and adjoining with it rights of third party;
  deliberately infringe Ukrainian legislation or rules of international right.
• In case of personal password providing for Customer with aim to access to protected parts of ALLBIZ, Customer is in charge for safety of his password and for everything, which can be done under his password.
• Customer in charge does not spread information and programs of ALLBIZ, fully or partly without written permission of ALLBIZ. Expansion of information or programs of ALLBIZ fully or partly without written permission ALLBIZ is offence of ALLBIZ copyrights.

• Using ALLBIZ, Customer accepts conditions of this CA.
• CA comes into effect on default from the moment of ALLBIZ using by Customer.
• CA can be changed by ALLBIZ without special notice, new edit of CA is in force from the moment of its placement.
• Because of gratuitousness CA norm about protection rights of customers is not applicable to it.
• Nothing in CA can be taken as establishment between Customer and ALLBIZ agent relations, community relations, relations for mutual activity, relations of own hire.
• In the case of disagreement with this CA the usage of ALLBIZ must be finished by Customer.
• The most actual version of CA always open for view on the follow page (http://all-biz.info/info/user_agreement_en.php ).

• Representatives of ALLBIZ always pay attention to all their Customers according to this CA. You can send your messages by electronic or physical mail.
